After an incredible 40 years as a dedicated dental hygienist, including the last seven wonderful years right here at LVDG, Dean has decided to hang up his scaler and explore new adventures.

For over four decades, Dean has touched countless lives with his kindness, outstanding professionalism, and genuine care. As Dr. Nicholas Maffeo so eloquently put it, “We sincerely thank Dean for his years of dedication, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. He leaves behind an incredible legacy and will always remain a cherished part of the LVDG family.”

Reflecting on his remarkable career, Dean shared, “It has been an incredible journey, and I am grateful for the trust, laughter, and friendships I have shared with my patients and colleagues. It has been my privilege and honor to be a part of so many people’s healthcare.”

During his time with us at Las Vegas Dental Group, Dean’s compassionate approach and warm personality significantly brightened the patient experience. He had a knack for making everyone feel comfortable and cared for, and his dedication to providing exceptional care earned him immense admiration and respect from both our patients and his fellow team members.

While we will all deeply miss having Dean as part of our daily team, we are incredibly excited for him as he begins this new chapter. Dean is looking forward to a fulfilling retirement filled with travel, new hobbies, more time with loved ones, and plenty of relaxation!
